RESCON aims to disrupt the industry by focusing not only on building luxury estates with support systems and bunkers, but by taking a scientific approach to ensuring that our clients are able to survive and flourish following a large variety of different catastrophes. We build structures, bunkers, and estates with decontamination chambers and ventilation systems inspired by biosafety level four protocols, we prefer to build with only the most flame retardant materials, and our projects are completely hidden from plain sight and accessible only through discreet entrances inside your homes and properties. 

We partner with Resilient Estate Solutions (RES) for consulting clients on the optimal locations for building shelters based on their proprietary Geo-Resilience Map (GRM) platform. RES also uses the GRM, and applies capital stock theory, for advising clients on selecting the right resources to stockpile for rebuilding after catastrophe. 

To protect from biological risks we have partnered with Fønix Logistics for developing our life support systems. Fønix focuses on bio-shelters for urban populations, and together we have developed systems for longer-term survival under extreme biological catastrophes.
